Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead Physical Design teams and execution for complex ASIC/SoC programs at advanced nodes (7nm/5nm/3nm), ensuring timely PPA and signoff closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage PD teams across multiple blocks/projects
- Drive end-to-end RTL-to-GDSII execution
- Ensure timing, EM/IR, and PV signoff closure
- Own project planning, execution, and delivery timelines
- Define and improve PD methodologies and flows
- Collaborate with RTL, DFT, STA, EMIR, and top-level integration teams
- Mentor engineers and build a high-performance team
Requirements
- 15–22+ years in ASIC Physical Design
- Strong expertise in Innovus/ICC2, Primetime, Calibre/ICV
- Proven experience in leading teams and multiple tapeouts
- Strong understanding of advanced nodes (≤7nm) and PPA optimization
