Position Overview:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Diagnostic Engineer located in Santa Clara, CA. The Diagnostic Engineer will be responsible for analyzing system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, testing and validating hardware and software components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency. The role requires a detail-oriented approach, proactive identification of potential issues, and effective communication with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting capabilities to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Experience with Testing and evaluation of hardware and software systems to ensure performance and reliability.
• Background in Electrical Engineering, with a solid understanding of circuit design and system integration.
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years experienced in Diagnostic embedded firmware development
