Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to contribute to our infrastructure transformation. You aren’t just someone who “runs scripts”—you are an architect of automation who views infrastructure as code and treats stability as a product feature. In this role, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, designing resilient, scalable systems that support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Architecture: Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• CI/CD Leadership: Architect and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless, automated software delivery with minimal downtime.
• Reliability & Monitoring: Implement advanced observability patterns (logging, metrics, tracing) to proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
• Security Integration (DevSecOps): Integrate security best practices into the lifecycle, including secret management, vulnerability scanning, and compliance auditing.
• Testing Automation: Treat infrastructure code like application code by implementing custom test frameworks, test orchestration suites and automation workflows.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering role, with a proven track record of managing production environments at scale.
• Problem Solving: A “systems thinking” mindset—you look at the big picture to find the root cause, not just the symptom. Able to think out of the box for complex problems.
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics engineering, or a related field.
